Self-doubt.
This is something we all go through at some point of our lives. Some experience it in their professional, while others in their personal or private lives. What makes a difference is the attitude with which people deal with it. As they say, "to each, it's own", people have different responses to similar stimuli, also a very personal coping mechanism. But what makes us talk about self-doubts is the pressure we put onto ourselves. Let’s get real, we all have self-set goals and very high ambitions for ourselves, which sometimes lead to (unrealistic) expectations, maybe? So far so good! But the problem arises when we start questioning our abilities (mental and emotional) and our skills,and somehow take the very route going south! And then with added peer pressure and performance anxiety, literally playing the last nail in the coffin, one finds it difficult to keep the cool, and a recursive loop of self-doubt starts!
